Coronavirus has infected French Prime Minister Jean Castex. The information was confirmed by the Prime Minister’s Office on Monday (November 22) local time.
Jean Castex, 56, has completed both doses of the corona ticker and has never been tested positive for corona before. He is now reportedly working in 10-day isolation.

The prime minister was also in Brussels on Monday morning, local time, where he went to meet with Belgian Prime Minister Alexander de Crow. He was accompanied by several top officials. He was accompanied by French Interior Minister Gerald Dermanin and European Affairs Minister Clement Beaune.

Meanwhile, protests against the Corona ban continued on Sunday and Monday in the French Caribbean island of Guadeloupe. There were reports of riots, arson, looting, and attacks on police. French authorities later sent additional police to the area to control the situation. French Interior Minister Dermanin said some of the protesters had used ammunition against law enforcement. He warned that they would be severely repressed.
The French government has imposed restrictions on restaurants, cafes, cultural and sports venues, and the Covid Pass. Protests in Guadeloupe were originally the culmination of this cowardly pass.
